What helped him meet the demands of his workload and grow his business was by finding a way to delegate more of his tasks so he could focus on dog training.

As Founder and CEO of VA4DogTrainers, Elliot takes the lead in developing and scaling our business according to the best practices in the industry—whether it’s dog training, digital marketing, or sales.
As a leader, he has a knack for identifying the needs of both the company and our clients. He helps the team grow to meet dog trainers’ needs through a strong culture of mentorship. He also has a good eye for optimizing daily tasks, such as knowing the best way to delegate, communicate, and keep our business processes moving.
He also supports the development of the team through resources, references, seminars, and regular training, making sure that the team is always maintaining a standard of excellence.

Michelle Santiago
Michelle is our General Operations Manager and Business Developer and has worked with several dog trainers and helped manage their own dog training businesses, making her the best at anticipating their needs and helping them grow their businesses.
